SINGAPORE – Diving Dude, the social network for Scuba Divers, has announced the release of its version 2 for iOS devices. Building on the success of its previous version, the Diving Dude Team kept on innovating to bring the best of the mobile applications technology to the scuba diving world.

Diving Dude has also partnered with one of the most outstanding scuba diving blog on the Internet : Scuba Diver Life, to have all its latest content available directly from the app.
In a nutshell, Diving Dude is introducing 6 Squares :
– Square 1 – The Dive Deck: This is where Diving Dude is bringing all the social content to the user from his buddies’ latest dive trips to his favorite dive shops’ latest news and Scuba Diver Life’s articles.
– Square 2 – The Logbook: The most user friendly yet comprehensive logbook ever has been redesigned to give scuba divers an organized view of their diving experiences through dive trips.
– Square 3 – The Scuba Look Up: Planning a dive trip or looking for a dive course ? Browse dive shops’ scheduled dive trips and course offerings on the Look Up. Diving Dude also allows divers to contact them directly from the app.
– Square 4 – Dive Shops and Clubs: Diving Dude is now open to dive operators! They can publish their scheduled trips and courses. Divers can access their full profile, leave reviews, get their dives endorsed and contact them.
– Square 5 – Dive Spots: Divers can prepare their dive trips and explore the dive spots they are going to dive at (photos, weather forecast, reviews).
– Square 6 – Buddies: Manage your buddy list, access their dive data and invite new buddies to follow you via Facebook, Twitter or your contacts book.
