Issue #2
In Issue 2 we explore snorkeling with hundreds of Whale Sharks in Mexico, learn more about the Crocodiles of Chinchorro, dive into the Galapagos, understand more about Manatees and learn more about Mirrorless cameras for underwater use
When asked to name the most charismatic aquatic animal in the world most people immediately think of dolphins or perhaps whales. While they do offer some incredible encounters they can also be very blasé and uninterested.
This past June I returned to my favorite dive destination in the world to find out why many divers no longer put the Galápagos at the top of their must-dive list.
The Chinchorro Banks, 22 miles offshore from Mexico’s southern Yucatán Peninsula, is a diver’s dream destination, with exquisite, unspoiled reefs, shipwrecks and plentiful marine life.
This year we headed back over to Isla Murjes, Mexico to take part in yet another Whale Shark expedition.
